About Us

Kerala Youth Leadership Academy (KYLA), an institution incubated by General Administration Department, aims to build an understanding of public administration, constitutional knowledge, basic legal knowledge, disaster management, political consciousness, critical thinking, analytical skills, and adaptive leadership qualities in youth. The School will be training  youth (in the age group of 18-40) – specifically public representatives at the local body level, Students and Sannadha Sena volunteer force. Training will be organized based on educational background and skill sets of the individual.
